SALON POLICIES CANCELLATION - DEPOSIT POLICY

Our salon requires a deposit to be paid upfront in order to secure your appointment. This is in accordance with our deposit policy. Please read the following additional terms and conditions carefully:

– All deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
– By paying the deposit, you agree that if you cancel or reschedule for any reason with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
– No-shows will be counted as the same as a late cancellation.
– Please note that our terms and conditions and fees are subject to change at any time. By booking, you agree and understand this.
– It is important that you reschedule with 48 hours’ notice and your booking fee will be transferred over to your future booking, subject to availability.

NO SHOW POLICY

It is important to note that we reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file for clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment. After two consecutive no shows, clients will only be able to book an appointment by paying deposit at the time of booking. Please note that we do not offer any refunds.

LATE POLICY

Should you be running late for your appointment, kindly give us a courtesy call to inform us. In the event that we do not hear from you, we may release your appointment slot. Should you be less than 15 minutes late (for Lash Appointment) or 30 minutes late (for PMU Appointment), we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible within the time allotted, but your appointment fee will remain at full price. Should you be more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but reserve the right to apply our no show policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best service possible for all our valued clients.
